Casa C has 2.5 bathrooms?
We can sleep 7 in beds. Max capacity is 9 with approval by management.
Our regular nightly rate is for 6 guests. Accurate guest counts are necessary to meet the Beach House guidelines provided in the guest info attachments.

We are in the neighborhood of Playa Miramar just east of Rocky Point city center.
Less than 5 minutes from The Mayan Palace Golf resort and restaurants.
Just 1 row of private oceanfront homes. Gated, guarded, 24/7 security patrolled.

Playa Miramar is away from the crowds and noise of the resort areas.
Smooth sandy beaches, tide pools. Excellent swimming and sporting opportunities. Plenty of sea shells to find.

Gated parking and secure courtyard on your private lot. Safe to let your dogs out to do their business. Dog friendly beach as well.

The 1 bedroom Casita is private with a short wall between it and the main house. The entry courtyard is gated and secure to let your doggies run around.

Combine these cozy beachfront homes to suit the size of your group. The rental rate listed is for the 3 bdrm Main House and the 1 bdrm casita apartment max 15 people for this rate.

Add the Bunk House to make it a 5 bdrm 5 bath property. The Rate for Bunk House starts at $100 a night up to 5 guests but can accommodate 8.

**The Max occupancy 27 is the max guests allowed on the property not how many guests you can have for the listed price. The listed price is for the casita and the main house 4 bedroom 4 bath. **We suggest bringing paper & plastic serve ware so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time On The Beach! We provide plenty of bath towels. Bring your own bath products and Beach Towels.

There is a big screen Smart TV(Wi-fi streaming) in the main house living room. Stream Netflix, Roku, Prime video, Hulu, sports and other popular programming apps. The casita has a game TV with a Roku plug in. Direct TV is not available in our area at this time. Brand new high efficiency AC & heat covers each room for your comfort.

Casa La Risa is located in Playa Miramar. Just east of city center 25 minutes. Away from the crowds and noise. This smooth sandy pet friendly beach has only 1 row of homes.
