Can sleep 4 with its Queen size hide-a-bed sofa. We will rent this home as a 4 bedroom 4 bath or add the Casita and make it a 5 bedroom 5 bath 2 kitchen property.

Just down the street from our properties, we are available 24/7 when the home is occupied. Available 24/7 for questions or maintenance.

Just a few steps to the beach WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY HIGH OCEANFRONT RENTAL RATES. Other direct beach home rental rates are going for $150 to $200 more per night per bedroom. (depending on quality)
with a Casita having an additional value of $200+ per night.
(This home would be $750- $800 per night)
Casa Margarita is a Show Stopper!” Built in 2010. Very New for a beach home.
Sleeps 14 in beds but can accommodate more children. The posted rental rate is for 12 people. At $25 or less a head per night you can not beat this price and quality.
We can add more guests than 12. This will carry a $20 a head nightly rental. This fee is to cover the extra expenses for a large group and the use of The Detached Private Casita. It also deters groups from over packing this beautiful home. Please, it is imperative that the correct guest count is entered on the contract. **If more guests decide to come, just let Management know. We will gladly accommodate with the additional rental fee.

The entry courtyard is lovely and comfortable. Built in fireplace and Charcoal BBQ for relaxing outside with the fresh ocean breezes. There is an exterior shower off station.
The 5th full bathroom opens to the courtyard as well. Use this bathroom from outside with out having to go though the house.

We do not allow pets. We are sorry about that but circumstances of previous guests bringing pets, has us going pet free. We also have many travelers with pet allergies.

Words can not describe the beautifully hand laid tile artwork in each bathroom.
You will not have seen anything that will compare to these large bathrooms.

THE MASTER SUITE is grand. Opens to the 2nd floor margarita deck with amazing ocean views. Let the fresh ocean breeze flow into your suite. Listen to the waves crashing. King bed, bar with mini fridge, huge bathroom, sitting area with TV-
hide from the kids or just enjoy quite reading time by the picture windows and Margarita deck.

Across the hallway is a book case with games and many books. Then the game room.
Can accommodate 4 kids or tweens on it’s 2 full size Futon sofas + BYO blow up mattresses. Great kid’s hangout or 5th bedroom. The bathroom for this room is just down the steps and opens out to the entry courtyard.

The Guest Bedroom has a King bed is on 1st floor is cozy well appointed and has a private bath.

Kid’s Room is downstairs too. Private bath with amazing tile work.
Featuring Panga Boat Trundle Beds. Sleeps 4 kids or 2 to Teens, & a toddler.
We have a nice Cubby for the Pack n Play & toddlers.
