Add the private Casita suite to sleep a few more. You may rent the 4 bedroom only or add the casita making it a 5 bedroom 4 bath. Nightly rate will raise to $620 max 12 occupants. **Ask Kim for rental rate info and off season or weekly discounts.
The private Casita Suite that can be added to make this beautiful home a 5 bedroom 4 bath. The casita suite has a mini frige and coffee/beverage station for quiet mornings and privacy. Please disclose the accurate amount of guests on the rental agreement.
If sleeping over 10 guests, please bring air mattresses or cots and the linens for them.
The main house has extended full length patios. Comfy furniture to lounge or to dine.
Walk up the patio steps to the Margarita Deck. Great for Stunning Sunset viewing or Sun Bathing.
Kitchen has lots of counter space to cook for large groups. Stocked with all the cookware you need.
Dining room is next to the kitchen. A comfy lounge or family area is attached. All three living areas open up to each other.
We provide 15 gallons of fresh drinking water for your convenience.

Our Patio furniture is abundant and comfortable . Relax on the patios or down on the tide line and watch the DOLPHINS go by.

Casa C has 2.5 bathrooms?
We can sleep 7 in beds. Max capacity is 9 with approval by management.
Our regular nightly rate is for 6 guests. Accurate guest counts are necessary to meet the Beach House guidelines provided in the guest info attachments.

We are in the neighborhood of Playa Miramar just east of Rocky Point city center.
Less than 5 minutes from The Mayan Palace Golf resort and restaurants.
Just 1 row of private oceanfront homes. Gated, guarded, 24/7 security patrolled.

Playa Miramar is away from the crowds and noise of the resort areas.
Smooth sandy beaches, tide pools. Excellent swimming and sporting opportunities. Plenty of sea shells to find.

Gated parking and secure courtyard on your private lot. Safe to let your dogs out to do their business. Dog friendly beach as well.
